I have had a positive experience at Nextdoor including career growth opportunities that not all my peers have received. While I am happy, I hear how many of my peers are unhappy with the lack of growth provided in their role which makes me sad.

People need to focus on one goal and work to achieve it. We are working on too many things at once and nothing gets completed because of it. Too many people are often involved which causes things to take longer due to all the opinions.
