The transparency to all employees is key, also appreciate that they listen to anyone with an opinion. I appreciate their support for every employee to go big, experiment and learn quickly.

My team is 100% responsive. We go above and beyond regularly, it's part of our DNA. If something needs to be done, we do it. If we see a problem, we do what we can to solve it.

I provide a lot more value than I'm paid for. In general, the value of support operations is under valued compared to compensation for other parts of the organization. It shouldn't be industry standard for the role, but the value we provide to the company.

I believe I provide a lot more value than my position is rated for. Our team as a whole is not valued as much as other teams, but we work as hard as other teams who are much better paid. On a personal level, people I work with on other teams are much less versatile than I am and paid much more.
