Sellers here make far less than other digital media companies. Nextdoor also makes it near impossible to achieve commission with really high and arbitrarily set quarterly targets.

O que está ruim e como pode melhorar?

Difficult to be motivated when clients don't return email or phone outreach. We're targeted and paid commission against reaching a goal, and it's hard to do that when all tactics aren't working. Need more mgmt help.

Everyone knows what Sarah does because she communicates that very well on a weekly basis. Her direct reports should take note. NO ONE has heard from Eric nor Heidi in a meaningful way in MONTHS. All they seem to do is chime in on "sales won" emails to congratulate the sales team.
