A breath of fresh air compared to previous employers. I feel as though I am valued, have a voice, and that we can pivot quickly. It is also great to feel that your co-workers are exceptional individuals and accomplished at what they do. We are a group of overachievers, which rocks!

The gap between levels and even within levels is stark. There is a great need for a person with diverse and top notch skills to deliver for partners and the company.

The structure of pay and titles is convoluted and could be much better. There is also not always a clear path described as to how to get promoted or move into new roles.

Openness to hearing different points of view. Consistently trying to learn new things and help others grow. Embracing the gray and expecting good intentions. Knowing you can rely on people to be adults and take care of things.
