I thoroughly enjoy the functional responsibilities of my job, and the people (government, civilian, contractor) I get to work with.

Our team supports the military, and our team is also made up of separated/retired military members so there is an immediate connection.

The compensation package includes a phenomenal medical/vision/dental offering, as well as other wellness perks. I like how a small bonus was recently introduced.

It's fascinating to learn about co-worker and client backgrounds and contributions to the DoD mission, and how we can apply that experience to today's challenges.

Our team comes from the same experiences, the same backgrounds, which helps with acclimation; but also is diversified in approach, opinion, and offerings to provide a well-rounded service to our customers.

They are always looking out for their most valued assets - their people. From benefits to ballpark visits, I truly believe they care about fostering a great culture and supporting the warfighter.

A leadership role in any company can be daunting, from meeting strategic goals to working daily client tasks. However, with that said, I am most impressed by Paragon's leadership approach to caring for their people - their personal involvement and compassion for the individual contributor.
