The fast pace is very challenging but keeps you busy and focused. You learn to maximize efficiency to simplify processes and free up additional time to take on projects or other assignments.

The restricted stock units are the most attractive piece of the compensation package. Not all companies offer such a benefit and especially companies trading at the stock price in which PSA is currently.

I appreciate the level of transparency in communication and alignment in goals and objectives. The leadership team is focused on driving professional development and provides consistent feedback to help individuals improve their performance and achieve greater success in their careers.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
Receiving positive feedback from peers/coworkers/supervisors around my quality of work. I am in a role that is not clearly defined by a set of KPIs or metrics, but more subjective in terms of performance. This feedback is valued and serves as further motivation.
