It's not work friendly. Corp agents are very disrespectful to agents and customers. It's more like a playground instead of a company. Agents can do as they please. My leader is prejudice or rasict. I am never acknowledge for my WOW calls. She only critizes me. When I mentioned my WOW calls explained to me that she emailed it to me. I told her that I did not get it but then she told me several times that she never knew anything about my WOW calls

Coaching is horrible. I was coached on how to handle a call because of another agent lack of knowledge. So I was the blame. I told Karen rodecap.
