in the begging everything was running smooth, i was with out a sup for like 2 months and i was asking my co workers and we were able to work thing right and get the job done quick with out having customer to wait too long, now with a sup they take longer to take a decision.

They have to get better at everything since they can not synchronize their roles. i have been dealing with bad communication, always struggling with payment and absences that are not true, they give bad excuses. i have requested medical service 3 times now and they have denied that service to me now
