Managers have a hard time speaking in a kind manner to their employees. They dont teach you the proper stuff then get upset when you dont know an answer. Bad management team

Teaching the full information needed to exceed and take accountability when they are wrong. Also yelling at employees. No one wants to work for people that are always upset because they cant leave their problems at home.
