Teaching the full information needed to exceed and take accountability when they are wrong. Also yelling at employees. No one wants to work for people that are always upset because they cant leave their problems at home.

The leads and Supervisors in the Building are good at their jobs. They are friendly, fair and try keep morale up. However the Ops Manager instead will pull us off task randomly, ignore our input and make counter productive changes. She should look to employees for input on tasks not dictate them.
The term leadership team is a misnomer. There is no leadership. Just fear. It can't get better because the average tenure of anyone locally in leadership is six months to one year.
