The best thing about our team at the warehouse is fellow Co workers and the interactions/commradarie day to day. That banter is essential to a positive working environment.

Everybody needs to stay to themselves, and if you say something make sure its nice or constructive.

Sleepy bunch, no loyalty to company or customers
Have some morals and a better work ethic, everyone is so cute throat competitive with one another like sharks because it is a commission only based compensation business model which creates this type of non-customer centric culture and anti-teamwork amongst co-workers
