meeting the inspiring people that I now work with
The interviwer asked questions that make you think not just the questions that are normally asked
Being able to be open and honest
The communication and fast response on the next steps in the process
Multiple meetings with leaders and future co-workers
Still at Raymour but the Former Ops Manager who interviewed me made me see that a certain job would be better suited to my home life and he was right.

Had the job immediately, but then so does everyone, no vetting at all
It’s fine if redundant with multiple interviews, even for the lowest level position
How they ask other successful happy employees to talk to you to make you comfortable, but too bad it’s really all gaslighting lies and not true. They don’t keep their promises made at the interview hiring

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would let the interviwer know what they are joining and that they can just let you go if they dont like you.
