Had the job immediately, but then so does everyone, no vetting at all
It’s fine if redundant with multiple interviews, even for the lowest level position
How they ask other successful happy employees to talk to you to make you comfortable, but too bad it’s really all gaslighting lies and not true. They don’t keep their promises made at the interview hiring

I would let the interviwer know what they are joining and that they can just let you go if they dont like you.
