I've been with Razorfish for over 6 years, so it has operated as different companies over that time. In the current competitive job market, and in my city, demand is high for digital design talent and I could make significantly more with less management responsibilities elsewhere. Additionally, the Razorfish creative roles have undergone an adjustment in titles without increases in salary.
