Concentrix: Love the company and how advanced is with analytics services I feel I came to the place I belong I feel I can learn new stuff every day and is very few rooms to get comfortable therefore fall into a unhealthy routine. My manager is amazing and is very transparent our communication, love her.

TaskUs: I got on well with other people, and really enjoyed working with them. At the same time, sometimes I had to put my work first, and make sure that I completed what I needed to do. So, I would say that they would describe me as disciplined, but friendly and supportive.
TaskUs: having a less stressful environment, an option for wellness not only physical but also mental and emotional makes my overall experience here at TaskUs a great one!

Conduent: For my very first BPO job, I am truly impressed by many things. The environment is great, some of the benefits are okay but there is room for improvement. My biggest issue is the pay which is really low compared to our competitors and its making it harder to convince persons to join our family.

The GEO Group: They seem like good people even though some of them seem less than professional and what I mean by that is there is to much swearing and sarcasm for my liking.

TaskUs: management wise, good but HR process wise, there are preocess that i experienced here for the first time (e.g getting card myself and not getting it during training period, filling for my BIR 1700 myself, not able to continue a loan with taskus due to a penalty, etc)

TaskUs: Overall experience was good but could be the best only if there's a balance between the work-life balance. Could be the best as well when there's equality with the workload most especially with the compensation package. Respect during time-off is a great plus, too.

Monthly reviews are done at ops level by SVP but for quality function it's missing. At personal level beleive Leaders seems disengaged from team

Startek: Company should seek and care for employee's wellbeing and mental health. Burnout will lead others to feel demotivated, insecures and mostly not happy with their results. Feedback will always help others to work on their successes and opportunities; as long is specific and targeted.

TaskUs: Everything is good about the account/company but I think they have to do something about the raise in salary. Most of the agents who resigned that I spoke to resigned for that reason.
