Builders FirstSource: The last three years have been very stressful with covid and the help situation. There is limited truck drivers and it makes this job very difficult in trying to find help.

Stop & Shop: challenging however, too many unrealistic goals, the company speaks out of both sides of its mouth, there seem to be a disconnect with what is suppose to happen and what actually happens, hours keeps getting cut, we keep losing associates, every store visit is bad and store team gets blamed

Stop & Shop: I have worked for the company for 27 years and have seen many changes over the years. I see more of a shift to compliance and metrics/KPI's. We are loosing touch with the current workforce that drives our metrics/KPI's. We must adjust our culture to get more of our associates not less.

Stop & Shop: I like working for the company but I feel that management is not aware of all of the challenges the stores have with hiring and retaining people. In NJ because of the rate of pay it is difficult to fill open full time positions.
Dillard's: Listen to the consumer. I purchased a pair of fitflop sneakers and it said 36. I purchased a size 5. False advertising. Shoe was too big. 36 is a 5 1/2. Very uncooperative staff. Would not let me return them unless I paid shipping, Then they took an additonal $10 which they didn't mention.
Stop & Shop: My experience has been very good. Politics and checking boxes are becoming too much. How about we do the job we get paid for and stop worrying about checking boxes. How about getting paid for all of our unused sick days,

Samsung: bought the stove . In less one year use , 5 knobs were broken. I reach out the care department. I were told I had to pay $200 instal fee plus knobs $350.. that is bad quality top of world !hope CEO can see what I write .

Texas Roadhouse: I was there on 4/23/23 for dinner. My potatoes were ice cold and my steak was over cooked. The other people I was with were disappointed too. I spoke with the manager about the cold food and she brought us more potatoes that were also cold. The manager was rude and not accomodating.
Owens-Illinois: I love glass, I love the leadership, I love this company.

Stop & Shop: My job/team/managers are amazing, behind on technology, little career growth, basic things companies should have in place are not, executives don't listen to survey's/pick the easy things, wrong leaders in place, politics are out of control, we dont have high standards or hold people accountable

Stop & Shop: Need to pay better compensate for extra hours worked and over-time days. Needing to work 10 plus hours a day does not create a good environment. Need to hire more people. Paycheck only reflex's 40 hours . Why do I have to work 50?

Aimbridge Hospitality: Absolutely awful, this is the most poorly managed property I have ever worked in. The General Manager, The "Chef", and the Assistant General Manager have absolutely no business managing a property this size. The Chef doesn't even have real experience as a chef.
Qualfon: One of the best companies I've worked for. Very people oriented with vision and clear goals. Companie's mission is excellent.

Speedway: The customers and employees. The store I work at is in a fantastic neighborhood and honestly it's the customers that drive me to do the very best job I can. Doing poorly effects them more than it affects the company and that's why I work very hard and do an amazing job.
