Family Dollar Stores: The stores are usually in disarray. Cashiers are stressed to the point where they'll quit on the dime or no call no show. Often times there are only one person running the store for entire shifts. Management members in my area even make it known that they are looking elsewhere for employment.

Food lion: I started around Christmas had previously in my past worked for another grocery store called Harris Teeter. Long story short the store manager is very cheap as far as starting pay I had to re negotiate 3 or more times to get a reasonable offer. I'm part time and will stay that until I leave them.
Banner Health: Services rendered by nurses and doctors
Rue21: Being able to work comfortably and as a Part Time Manager showing my team that I appreciate their hard work but I can rarely do that if the Full Time Managers are around. We are not allowed to speak to each other in the work place. We are expected to persuade every customer to get cards.
Subway: It's a job that people think they are above but probably could not handle. Fast pace, cleaning and customer service weekend hours too. Owners are under horrible corporate control. I might complain about it but I enjoy working for my franchise owner
Discount Tire: Consistent customer service regardless of location. All the employees are knowledgeable, patient and polite. They always exceed my expectations.

Target: After working my butt off for 18 months, i learned that i am worth 2%more to the company than people who haven't been hired yet. It's disheartening to say the least

Parker Hannifin: Job security with a sense of "is this all there is". The balance sheet is solid. The leadership is very focused on profit and cost. Colleagues are good people. I see institutional derivativeness creeping in. Groups and divisions are sub-optimzing to make their own metrics look better.

Dollarama: All the employees seem to just be tasking. No customer interaction. Cash needs more attention. Having one person handling - jumping back & forth is not acceptable and very optics.Cash is the last and often only interaction with customer, so it has to be good. Don't replace with auto check outs.
Rivian: I want one badly. Drove by one and had to stop and stare at how beautiful it was. Started doing some research and am intrigued by this whole company.

UC San Diego: Improvement on Transparency. During the registration process for the certificate programs, be clear and concise about all requirements. Allow students to apply and find out if they are approved or not before accepting tuition fees. If UCSD continues the current process, lawsuits will increase.

Fry's Food: hired on, first day doing the computer based learning, i was instructed to segregate myself from other staff and customers on account of my gender status. 1964 civil rights act prevents this, but frys foods, or kroger, singled me out anyways, and treated me different as a transgendered individual
Publix Super Markets: Best part of Publix was closed on Sunday and the associate bonuses and they are both gone now.
Discount Tire: A great group of people that love to help out other people!

Best Western: BEST WESTERN has sold it's name without the quality and service clients have grown accustomed to. Properties operate independently with little to no accountability. Stayed at the Aventura location which smelled of chemicals. The property owner didn't care because he had the money.

Spectrum: Today I had to go into the store to pay my bill after no success online, thru chat, or with a live agent. The people at the Gastonia store told me my card was blocked for a charge back before even looking up my account! I've never been late or had a returned charge. I went straight to Verizon.

Concentrix: I am relatively new (under one year). What I love about the company is they want you to ask questions and push back when something does not make sense. I love seeing if there are better ways to innovate and transform.

ADP: I love this company, by far the best I've ever worked for. My only complaint with ADP is our strict 3x2 hybrid model. For many of our roles, working from home is more efficient, productive and allows for better work/life balance. However, the executive leadership doesn't seem to understand this.
