Some of it has been understandable, while other decisions that have been made do not relate to what the overall business says about the person. For example a person could be told they are doing a great job and then they get fired.
Experian: I feel that I am not overly challenged at work nor do I have much, if any, chance at career advancement. That said, I enjoy working here.
WestRock: Personally I have had great opportunities for learning new skills and growing. I've received several promotions.

LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Mostly good. Sometimes too many meetings, scheduled at the wrong time (shouldn't have training/rollouts during COB week). Need to adhere to selling rules vs having VPs influencing outcomes when there is a segment dispute.
Concentrix: Great experience, had concerns when the acquisition happened as CNX was not perceived in the industry as a strong company with strong client relationships but that perception has changed.
