Cobham: Protect your employees during this global pandemic. Don't ignore PPE and ADA requests made by employees. Don't let your HR and SHE teams deliberately disregard employee requests to protect themselves from Covid.
Amazon: Management is good. Have some problems in schedule. Not getting inough hours.

The worst thing is my director wants all her employees to be like her and she is very lazy. When upper ups are watching she is miss sweetie pie. When no one is watching she goes for your throat.

Conduent: Multinational = less personal life, work 9-18 at least. Tasks before establishing processes, work under time pressure etc. I am not Proud to be Conduent, but I think work with dedication, even when the extra hours are not paid etc. I wouldn't quit my job, but there is place for improvement

Sykes Enterprises: Learned a lot, met great people, and had some great leaders (half the time). The disconnect from the C-level team is concerning.
Concentrix: It's a good company to work at, sometimes the job gets overwhelming due to changes requested too fast with little to no time to prepare and when things go wrong execution is blamed instead of planning.
ADP: Its the best place to work where life and work balance is maintained and innovation is greatly encouraged

King Soopers: It definitely could be better. Like I said earlier I don't like management style at my store they try to motivate by fear of losing your job. I just don't think that's a great motivation tool

McLane Company: My work-life balance is horrible and my managers are incompetent and uninvolved. The degree to which said managers don't understand what I do daily and their blatant disinterest in helping me get my work-life balance on track is causing me to look elsewhere.
Harbor Freight Tools: My overall experience at my company is that it is a good job to have , pays great.
Alorica: On my overall experience is at this company is not the grease company I will never recommend anything to this company for anyone arm they don’t listen to disrespectful they are abusive. And everything is my fault and no one is listening to me and I am always stressed out with this

Baker Hughes: The amount of work required to get through and the aggressive almost bullying pressure from leadership count against the salary and benefits considerably. There is also a huge disparity between people salary even though they are in similar positions. Get the culture correct at leadership level.

Hannaford Supermarket: Hannafords does alot for my community, and is open to employee feedback, they try out new systems and renovate their old locations...thus I give credit for. However the turnover rate in management and employees is high due to poor scheduling and burn out.
Electrolux: More vacation time, permanent work from home
Concentrix: I see myself growing with Concentrix Corporate. I am being challenged daily, learning new things all the time, I have an amazing leader|mentor and I receive coaching from the leaders I support, which is a bonus. Lastly, as a mom of 3 young kids, I love the work-life balance.
Concentrix: I have been a loyal employee for over a decade and have stayed simply due to family hardships that leaving my position would not allow. My file is abysmal with only a write up for tardiness after losing childcare for my daughter. None of my 8 positions are notated,or my interviews for advancement
Arrow Electronics: I have truly enjoyed working at Arrow, They are interested in my health and wellbeing and have an open door policy with executive management that is a truly open door.
Kroger: Trying to retire at this time
Dairy Queen: At the beginning it was good but then the manager started abusing his power and blaming people for things that were out of their control
Concentrix: I was part of an acquisition and the company has done a great job of supporting the acquired staff and integrating us into the larger organization. They have taken the time to understand our roles and ensure we are able to add value.
Olive Garden: Teamwork and helping others when in need

Tesla: My experience at Tesla was super positive in the first 2 years (2018-2019). The company was really moved by a genuine passion for our products and mission. In the last years (2020-2021) the Top Management changed and merit was no more taken into consideration. Only fake numbers matter.
