I LOVE this company at its Core...while I do see the opportunity to improve on how the company views its employees (and that value shows in wages and benefits) as paying employees a livable wage increases loyalty and overall success, I do love the company at its roots

I love this company! I work directly with a team that knows and trusts in my ability. However, the development and growth that I see for internal Game Changers does not align with what we "sell" to new candidates.

I personally love this company and see the overall value and mission. I can see myself helping to grow the company, however, I can not see an out as even though my talents and abilities align, I do not see that I am given the support to grow

Clear, concise, partner based communication. Consistent communication, stopping the fear based leadership, actually listening to the ones that are doing the job daily as opposed to negating the experience that we are bringing to the table.

The pay that I receive is not comparable to companies that function on a MUCh smaller scale. What I am making at this time is not a livable wage for my area or for my skill set

More affordable benefits without losing coverage and competitive wages for non frontline game changers. My role at much smaller companies pays on average in my market 57% more than my current wage. I am a loyal employee but cost of living is drowning me.

Taking care of its employees. Happy, well paid, adequately insured employees are happy with their company. Our Turnover is something they EXPECT...so they know we do not do a good job retaining good people. Practices are inconsistent at best and communication is non existent

If the compensation was fair. There is zero growth opportunity as even if you are the most qualified for a role, you will sit in review after applying for sometimes a month and then there is no feedback. Increased wages have to happen soon.

The thought that my talents will continue to go unnoticed because of how others perceive my leadership is depressing. It seems as though I will never be able to grow while I remain with the company. Others are comfortable using my talents but not promoting them

As a company, they need to genuinely invest in their employees. Monetarily. There is no reason why a tenured member of any staff should be food stamp eligible working for a global company. love this Company and what I do, but the compensation does not meet standard
