LexisNexis Risk Solutions: From what I can tell, other employees in the IT industry are paid more but they seem less happy or are overworked. There is a good life-work balance provided by LexisNexis and suitable benefits. Prices for health care continue to rise but that is the case for everyone.
Publix Super Markets: Customer service training and listening skills needs to be stressed to every person from the managers to the associates. Customer requests are largely ignored and associates leave customers hanging without letting them know they aren't able to help them. I will try to never shop at Eastwood Shoppes

Since going public, the focus on stock price has led to less of a focus on building great in demand products and providing the proper customer support, marketing, and development.
