RX: I am glad to be at RX but the teams are disjointed with how they are put together. Exhibitions are about brining an event together under one roof but we rarely interact with the whole team, it doesn't seem right.

Velosio: I have been here less than a year and Velosio is typical compared to other places I have worked. There are some really great helpful people and there are others that you try and avoid. Not all days are the best, but overall working here is an ok experience.

RX: There are two topics that are nearly ignored, but we keep trying to bring to light: compensation and training. Goals are set unattainably high, and there are WAY too many trainings rolled out at once. We are having a hard time prioritizing our work and are limited in our financial success re goals.

RX: I enjoy working in my area and the show I work with. However, I do not see opportuntiy to grow within the company in the next 2 years and I feel not paid enough for the work we are doing. The sales target does not seem to be reachabels.

RX: The company used to be run by "sales" minded people, that created a healthy culture; Now it is run by "numbers" people that only care about money and to micromanage the employees to assure sales and savings. The use of the internal registration platform is a waste of money and resources!

RX: Shows and teams are great, we could do so much better with more trust in field teams, more bravery on new projects ("big bets" are just a catchphrase, in real life, no one dares to take risks), modern processes and tools that actually save us time instead of eating it.

RX: When I accepted the challenge the benefits were different, they said that I'll build a career in the company, so I believed in this fairy tale and since then I was part of a compliance case, my manager left, and I still don't think I'll have the opportunity now.

RX: Great, but there is room for improvement from SLT - they have a bit of an old fashioned and rigid way of looking at things and I have been told many, many times we are encouraged to be entrepreneurial, yet my experience is this is not possible
RX: I am happy, but expectations are unrealistic and some of SLT doesn't help alleviate that with new ways to grow or hiring more people. Onboarding is bad. We invite people into higher positions and then we train them instead those above helping them. Inflation is not matched. PTO is hard to take.
