I have worked at Smith a few years ago, but left to pursue a career in IT. Had some other jobs in the meantime and I came back to Smith because I realized that I was extremely unhappy in other places, but I am very happy here. It is a job that constantly challenges me in the best ways.

How close knit we are. In our office, it really feels like we are a family, we often hang out outside work and I consider everyone a very close friend

Being able to do sales not by techniques or just pushing, but by providing value to our customers. I think they really understand and appreciate the fact that we do everything we can to make their job easier.

Availability to help us whenever we need it. There is no bureaucracy, if I pick up the phone to call someone whose help I need, it can be anyone, from the Ops team to the CFO, I always get help.
