A trusting management. They work with your schedule and are very understanding. Again, what matters to them are results and they leave room for creativity on my part.

This is personal preference. My first priority is to a job well done and getting results for SMITH and myself. I tend to socialize less for those reasons

Our leadership trusts us. They don't micro-manage or control. What matters to them is productivity and results and the execution of that goal is up to us. I see my leadership more as a coach or mentor.
