I have the trust and autonomy to do my job, but enough resources and support to do it well and in collaboration with others. Even in tough times (with the world, the economy) people want to help each other.

No annual vesting cliff for equity, there is a performance bonus, and I'm paid at the top of the market range for my role.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels fun, not too bogged down by bureaucracy and titles and territorialism, people don't take themselves too seriously. Nor should they, given the nature of our product!

You'll work hard, but it's also fun and exciting. We're kind of an "underdog" but with a bigger potential than most of our competitors. Our product is fun, creative, and impactful...that's how it feels to work here too.
