They do not use physician resources; for example, in outlining the rules for wound care, I was never asked for my expertise- I directed the wound center at a level 1 hospital before coming here, and have 5 yrs PhD experience in wounds, and am well

Better patient care and less focus on the money. Listen to the physicians; seek their advice, use their talents which are varied.

High stress level, mainly due to personalities amongst the physicians. Nurses too often reduced to tears. No probation nor behavior modification attempts, money making trumps ethics.

I am a patient-oriented physician who wants to know the patient inside and out; I feel each pt needs more time spent with me, pre and postop. No reimbursement for this form of excellent care.
