i love my patients and coworkers, i love the role of my job but i, once again, don't feel appreciated and feel that the work i put in does not pay off. even when i talk about wanting to advance in my center and step up more, i dont feel that there's any opportunity.

I feel that I constantly step up and work hard but I don't feel appreciated. I feel I'm very much disposable to the company. It's also a blow when I've worked here 2+yrs & a new hire gets hired on making more money for the same position as I'm in. I don't feel appreciated at all.
