Overall, working for Strava is positive. We have some rocky moments with changes in priority and strange upper management things. Otherwise, having a strong team and relationships with others really makes my experience great. I feel like I am in the right place for learning and career growth too.

Learning and growing in my field. My day-to-day work is very challenging and I am often out of my depth & experience. So when I get the hang of something and it clicks, it feels great!

For me personally, it is the connections I make with people who I have worked with all over who are just great! Being able to feel comfortable talking to them any time and asking questions or congratulating them when I see their successes

Having a strong base salary is very important. The gear and events stipend feels very generous, and there is no stigma around using your learning stipend (or any of the other ones). Using your benefits is encouraged. Also it is easy to use/ understand all the benefits
