Base salary feels pretty good

Health insurance package is very comprehensive - I'm glad we can add partners and dependents. I think its fair that we don't add siblings, parents, grandparents - I don't think this is usual.

I don't feel that I get the verbal, written, or monetary recognition I deserve for the work I've done here. I've been the only constant one on my team while others have come and gone. I would feel more appreciated/supported with a raise and/or promotion.

We have great people that genuinely care about each other and often help each other both inside and outside of work.

I think personally (and I hear from others) that this is a very safe space where you an openly be yourself, fear of being pre-judged/ excluded is miniminal. Its non existent for me to be honest, I feel very comfortable.

Ability to make an impact in peoples lives and livelihoods. Getting things done, being left alone to do my work and not being in a ton of meetings, when people want to work with me to help move things forward. My flexibility and autonomy.
