Overall great, but I'm slowly starting to understand the challenges and reasons that others have voluntarily left Strava. My thoughts are that a lot of the turnover could be prevented with better management and growth opportunities.

My team is easy to talk to and helpful. We get along great and collaborate well together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have great people that genuinely care about each other and often help each other both inside and outside of work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel that I get the verbal, written, or monetary recognition I deserve for the work I've done here. I've been the only constant one on my team while others have come and gone. I would feel more appreciated/supported with a raise and/or promotion.
