My role is quite broad and I've had opportunities to change existing processes and introduce new ones. Although the response to my ideas is not always a yes, I feel like I'm being heard and what I suggest is always welcome
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together, are open about asking questions and are always willing to cover the other one if they're heavy with workload of absent
What makes you most happy at work?
Suggesting process changes and seeing them come to fruition for the better. Bouncing ideas off my immediate team and those outside my team and hearing their thoughts
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication even when there is no clear step reached. Communicating that things are a work in progress or taking longer than expected or not decided yet is better than not hearing anything.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health insurance package is very comprehensive - I'm glad we can add partners and dependents. I think its fair that we don't add siblings, parents, grandparents - I don't think this is usual.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think personally (and I hear from others) that this is a very safe space where you an openly be yourself, fear of being pre-judged/ excluded is miniminal. Its non existent for me to be honest, I feel very comfortable.
