I feel overlooked, minimized, and underused. The senior leaders here are extremely disappointing. I've tried professionally raising concerns with them, and that resulted in me overhearing those same managers talking & joking about my conversation. Very unprofessional.

Listen to employees. If they did an anonymous survey, the results might surprise them. But I don't think they want to know what people really think.

Everyone here is very dedicated, hard working, and experienced. Everyone on the team comes to work with a positive attitude despite all the political games and BS we face from management.

Listen to employees. There is one set of rules for managers and a different set for the rest of us. Senior managers are all conservative white men. There is no diversity, no representation, no encouragement or promotions for women or minorities.
