i'm proud of the products that TMLS produces but the departmental battles and reluctances to work together makes me very frustrated. i can do everything about my job properly but if someone in a different department is cooperating i either need to go out of my way or bite the bullet

all departments have an us versus them mentality and it makes it difficult to get work done cross various departments

more cooperation among departments and people understanding that certain projects or ideas will take time to mature and manifest before they can be properly analyzed for their cost/benefit analysis. too many things are written off if they don't work immediately

the management at systems changes every couple of months or is moved around positions so if someone is doing something i don't like or agrees with my ideas i can just wait them out for a different manager to take their place
