Some teams have better direction than others, some people are more helpful than others, adopting inversion of control is a rollercoaster ride; generally I see potential if we really put customer first - we talk this talk, but are very much still learning to walk this walk

We don't have the resources to accomplish all the priorities. This is in part because a lot of the leaders are newish and are learning the effort it takes to do things, and partially because we froze hiring with the pandemic - glad we have roles open again!
