
Love and hate relationship - I love working at Gympass and will be very mad if someone says anything bad about it. However, at the same time, I often get very upset and frustrated with the way some decisions are taken.

My overall base compensation is quite OK - even though I know that in other companies for the same job I'd earn much more - but the variable compensation and benefits are really poor. I represent one of the teams that bring money home and still our incentives are much lower than the Sales team.
Less senior people (with fewer years of experience) in the same role and grade earn the same or more than me. The possibility to get higher increases in your salary even when you're a role model is not competitive - for instance, you'll be delivering to the company in sales much more than u'll rece
