There are very unprofessional individuals at this company. Their attire is unclean and not neat. They speak far too relaxed and even use profanity openly in front of the clients and civilians. They antagonize people instead of de-escalating situations. They are clearly untrained and unprofessional.

Yes, the people are clearly undervalued. The guards are very unhappy with the work environment which is why the morale is so low and why they behave how they do. They seem miserable and I believe it's why they were very hostile with others and one another.

People need to actually have integrity; have respect for themselves and others; be honest, and earn trust. Behavior won't change if the perspective stays the same. Change how the leadership sees things; it starts at the head and the body follows. Unhealthy head (thinking) = Unhealthy body (actions)

Communication & integrity! There's no reason why a major should find humor in his captain being unaware of what's going on and making jokes to the lieutenant about the captain feeling "left out of the loop". There's no reason why a lieutenant should be divulging private company info. Just saying...

People are not being treated with respect. You cannot preach core values then have people in authoritative roles who feel that they're exempt from living out these values or feel like they can turn it off and on. Consistency is key! Be about what you say you're about! Otherwise, you're living a lie!

Everything from communication to being aware of the type of people that are in this company. Leadership is a huge part of the problem! Your team is only as strong as your 'weakest' link! And based on my experience, leadership isn't looking very strong. If the head is off balance the body will be!
