Outwardly receptive to feedback, but I'm not sure they are internalizing it or bothering to explain why something is not practical. Otherwise they are humble and personable.
Need to stand up for us more.

Everything from communication to being aware of the type of people that are in this company. Leadership is a huge part of the problem! Your team is only as strong as your 'weakest' link! And based on my experience, leadership isn't looking very strong. If the head is off balance the body will be!

Being decent. More communication and transparency between all departments (since it's supposed to be a TEAM). Better pay for guards. And traveling compensation.
