What did you like most about the interview process?
It was strange to the point,

They use "Bait and Switch" to get you to sign on and then forget about any agreements that were made during sign-on.

It was a while ago but wear appropriate workwear to the meeting, and remember when it was scheduled.
The person doing the interview or another representative should be available 24/7 for emengency communications & questions. Officers should not be hung out to dry for using their best informed practices. No chain of command in the field, just dispatcher, no bosses
