
They need to be much more businesslike, or professional. Too much distraction and non productive conversation.
They need to get better at recognizing people's strengths and weaknesses. Too often the catcher is playing centerfield and the shortstop is catching. Management doesn't appreciate the skills of the operators and never did.
There seems to be an overall lack of discipline and direction on the production floor. There doesn't need to be a sweat shop mentality but there needs to be more focus than there currently is.
