My overall experience is very good. I like the work environment and my manager. The team is also very helpful. But still I cant see a lot of opportunities to growth.

I thing that flexibility and hybrid way of working is a advantage. In additional is very good to have health insurance. Missing additional things like pension funds, pets day, some things with OpSec branding ( cups, tshirts, bags)
