I'm very grateful and proud to be working for a company that cares about their employees and the culture we continue to cultivate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Consistent communication and transparency over the business
What makes you most happy at work?
These days, zoom meetings & phone calls and connecting with people especially in these remote times.

I work with some really amazing people - they're smart, funny and enjoyable to work with!

Communication! They are always really informative during our all hands and I feel really "in the know" about what is going on in the whole company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love our ACG Idea hours every Friday from 2-4pm. It gives me the opportunity to learn something new and end the week feeling accomplished.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people I work with. Everyone is so approachable and friendly. I enjoy having lunch with new coworkers and also just interacting with different people during different projects.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative, problem solvers, always there to help and brainstorm or even if I just need to vent. They are true team-mates and always happy to help (even though they're busy too!)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of them are really great but I really appreciated the new WFH benefits that were launched in response to us being remote. It made me feel appreciated during this crazy year.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I loved getting face to face time with people on my team and also people I would work really closely with. I felt like it was a quick interview process but also really efficient use of my time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We help people learn and it changes their life! I love the stories we hear from customers and how everyone is so passionate about what we do. We are helping people learn all the things (one of our values!)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is really supportive. I love our slack channels and how everyone is always there to celebrate not only in company or team wins but also individual wins - like when people get new certifications! People are so nice and supportive "great job" "way to go"
