My team has been together for so long it feels more like family. we are able to read each others moods and can almost guess what they need for us to do next. Our personalities fit well.

That I am remote and able to do my job along with handling personal tasks which makes work/life balance so much easier. If i have to take an hour to do personal business I can make that hour up later in the day/night.
