If you are paid highly, you are first in line for layoffs...so while I am not happy with what I am being paid...I am not in the line of fire because of it.
My day starts with drama and I work through lunch to fix the drama only to find out it was the wrong drama and so I work late to fix the new problem.
The interview process is actually easy and they are very happy to have you there....and then they lie to you and say this is like a family or a team...we work together...nope no they don't.
