CEO is a leader not a boss. Most of the others are bosses not leaders.

I feel I am part of something meaningful. Something that will benefit our customers and our company.

The freedoms we have. We are given a lot of freedoms most companies do not offer. We do not have anyone looking over our shoulders. As long as you get your job done and then some you will be welcome here.
