Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay was not competitive for the position I worked. Especially when I had to do a lot outside of my job description.

Pay was far below standard, especially when employees are consistently asked to perform duties above and beyond their job descriptions.

High deductibles, salary distribution is top-heavy, no room for advancement within the company, nor any opportunities for career growth and development.

High deductibles, limited options on health coverage, insultingly low sales commissions

The rate is not competitive for my position. Payment is not equitable between positions, experience, or length of employment.
