Mine was relatively fast but I have heard horror stories of people going through four and five interviews only not to be hired.
It's really a mixed bag. There isn't a whole lot of good that outweighs the bad. It's been like this for close to a year.
Paid vacation and sick time are nice. The quality of the health insurance has taken a dive. While paid better than industry averages, aldi expects more out of its store level employees than most other grocery retailers. With that in mind, I'm not sure the pay is commensurate.
