There's always something new to work on or accomplish. It's fast paced but in a good way

Fully covered medical policy. Awesome stock option policy (best I've seen compared to past companies). Very fair compensation package.

Always have an open door policy. Willing to listen to the whole company and take action to change processes if needed

Have an open door policy that encourages feedback and discussion. They are very receptive to having honest conversations and welcome differing view points

Willing to do what it takes. Understanding that long hours may come with the job. Really passionate about working at Appetize and owning their job.

Everyone is always willing to jump in and help. It's your typical start up where you wear many hats and get to learn a lot of new things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Really cool culture. I've only worked in startups and this is the best I've come across. Everyone is down to earth and the company treats their employees very well.
