Everyone hates the VP of licensing as he is a completely inept leader who plays favorites.
Earning reviews that are over a 4/5 needs to be given raises. Everyone should be paid the same base as others doing exact same work. Women treated horribly here.
Only good thing is the PTO days per year but since changes in 2014, hard to use them for vacation since they don't adjust your goal while out. Base pay is below most states cost of living. Can't survive a week without commission. Insurance benefits are good.
