Q&A With ASCAP Employees
ASCAP employees answer questions about what life is like behind the scenes at their company, including queries about culture, leadership, professional development, and compensation.
How employees describe working at ASCAP
Service and the industry connections
Very highly respect work life balance
ASCAP has long been the good ol boys club. Efforts were made to change this but the VP of licensing is the main problem and his boss isn't involved at all. Lots of favoritism of young white males on mid-level promotions. Sexual harassers get promoted not fired (VPs). Whistle-blowers get blacklisted.
