What do you like best about the leadership team?Willing to help with anything
What did you like most about the interview process?Easy to interview and get hired if you can sell
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Only good thing is the PTO days per year but since changes in 2014, hard to use them for vacation since they don't adjust your goal while out. Base pay is below most states cost of living. Can't survive a week without commission. Insurance benefits are good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel I do a lot of work that should be valued at a higher salary
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Earning reviews that are over a 4/5 needs to be given raises. Everyone should be paid the same base as others doing exact same work. Women treated horribly here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Firing males who violate company policies regardless of their title or tenure
