Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel I do a lot of work that should be valued at a higher salary

Earning reviews that are over a 4/5 needs to be given raises. Everyone should be paid the same base as others doing exact same work. Women treated horribly here.
